
The agreement becomes binding once booking confirmation (verbal or written), payment (deposit or full), and issuance of an official invoice have all taken place. All prices are subject to availability and supplier conditions and may change prior to full payment being received.
The traveller is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including: name as it appears on the passport, travel dates, origin, destination and transit points, passport validity (minimum 6 months from the return date), visa and entry documentation, transit visas, and health and vaccination requirements.Upon receiving the Itinerary, please review all details carefully. Any discrepancies must be reported within **24 hours**; after this period, corrections may incur a penalty of up to 100% of the ticket value.
Prices are calculated based on exchange rates and supplier pricing and may include taxes and fuel surcharges. Once full payment is received, the price is locked in unless a mandatory increase is applied by the supplier.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, online payment link, or instalment plan (subject to approval).**Card Surcharge:** Payments made by card may incur a surcharge of 1% to 3%, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.**Instalment Payments:** The financial agreement is entered into directly between the traveller and the lending company. Once the loan is approved and services are issued, cancellation of instalments is not possible. In the event of cancellation, the traveller remains obligated to continue instalment payments. Should the finance company agree to suspend instalments, the initial deposit, finance charges, and non-refundable costs will not be returned under any circumstances.
By making a payment via bank card, you confirm that you are the legitimate cardholder and have accepted these terms and conditions. Any unjustified chargeback request after services have been received or tickets issued will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action; all associated legal costs will be borne by the traveller.
Flight time changes, delays, cancellations, aircraft changes, seat selection, and baggage policies are entirely at the discretion of the airline, and the Agency holds no responsibility in these matters. Failure to appear for a flight (No-show) will result in a no-show penalty calculated in accordance with the airline's policies. The traveller is required to verify their flight status with the airline at least **72 hours** prior to departure.
All requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted **in writing**. Non-refundable costs may include fare differences, supplier penalties, baggage and seat fees, and Agency service fees (minimum AUD 75 to 150). Some bookings are entirely non-changeable and non-refundable, and up to 100% of their value may be forfeited. Any remaining balance after deduction of penalties will be applied as a credit to the traveller's account, or in special cases refunded subject to supplier approval; the refund process typically takes **4 to 12 weeks or longer**.
